JELL-O Pudding Pops

jell-o pops
If any part of your childhood took place in the late 80’s or early 90’s then you surely remember JELL-O Pudding Pops. These things are awesome. I thought they were something that I would only be able to reminisce about until I came across a recipe on Pinterest. These are spot on. So easy to make and so good. Plus, the possibilities are endless – I’m already thinking about the variations I’m going to make. But for now, the classic chocolate-vanilla duo hits the spot. Bring on the warm weather and Happy Memorial Day! Thank you to all of our Veterans.

JELL-O Pudding Pops

Ingredients:

  • Box of instant chocolate Jell-O Pudding
  • Box of instant vanilla Jello-O Pudding
  • 4 cups cold low-fat milk, divided
  • 2 cups Cool Whip, divided (if you don't want to use Cool Whip, you can make your own whipped cream)

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the chocolate pudding mix and 2 cups of milk (I used an electric mixer but it's not necessary)
  2. Add in 1 cup of Cool Whip and whisk until well combined
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the vanilla pudding mix and remaining 2 cups of milk
  4. Add the remaining cup of Cool Whip to the vanilla pudding and whisk until well combined
  5. Alternate layers of chocolate and vanilla in your popsicle molds and then freeze for at least 4 hours or until they're solid
