Banana Pudding Pops
Here’s the first variation on the ridiculously delicious and easy to make JELL-O pudding pops. These taste like a creamy banana daiquiri – which reminds me, next time I make these I’m going to add some vodka or rum to the mix and make them into “poptails.” The chunks of banana add great texture and you could totally throw in some milk chocolate or white chocolate chips for extra crunch and flavor. These might have been even better than their predecessor.
Banana Pudding Pops
Ingredients:
- 1 box vanilla JELL-O instant pudding
- 2 cups low fat milk
- 1 cup Cool Whip
- 1 large banana, mashed up
- 1/2 large banana, sliced
- 1/2 cup milk or white chocolate chips, optional
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, mix together the pudding mix and 2 cups of milk (I used an electric mixer but it's not necessary)
- Add in 1 cup of Cool Whip and the mashed up bananas and whisk or mix until well combined
- Fold in the banana slices and chocolate chips if you're using them
- Pour the pudding mix into your popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours or until they're solid
