Clean Eating Recipe Round-up
Happy New Year! If you’re like me, then you’ve just finished off a serious holiday fat fest and it’s time to detox. That means eating lots of fruits and veggies and lean proteins for me. I’ve rounded-up some of my recipes that I’m going to be making in full force – salads with some lean protein are going to be all the rage for the next month or so. I can’t wait. Here are some ideas to kick start cleaner eating in 2015.
